The case in the pictures present in this article it is available from a manufacturer of accessories for iDevices and it was made for the new iPod Touch that Apple would launch. Interesting about it are the two holes: one for the camera and another one for a location about which we know nothing. The location for the main camera suggests the implementation of an LED flash, as in the iPhone 4/4S, but the hole at the base of the case is new and unfortunately no one has any idea about the reason why it would be there.
As you can see from the photos these cases suggest that the next generation iPod touch will have a new design (at least to the rear) and seem to have a much less pronounced taper to the edges when compared to the current iPod touch 4. The cases could also give away possible details as to the spec of the 5th generation iPod touch 5. The hole around the camera area to the left for example looks to have been elongated and tapered to fit around a possible LED flash to help with low light photography, and there is also the appearance of a new 'mystery hole' in the lower left hand side of the case.
It is speculated that that second hole would be there because Apple would consider implementing a microphone or a second camera that would allow 3D filming, but for now everything is as uncertain as possible. Cases of this kind are usually made based on sketches obtained from Apple's partners, so there is a possibility that at some point Apple may have played with the design of the iPod Touch.
There are many possibilities, but LED Flash is excluded... why put it down?! I have an iPod touch 4 and I tried to put an LED flash with a separate power supply. It worked great, now it takes great pictures at night. But if it's put down... I don't think so that the camera will beat. Probably some sensor or something... Maybe it's from 3G, considering that iPod touch 5 will have 3G...

@Andrey: Well, who said that the LED will be down? That one is next to the camera, I said that there is either a microphone or a second camera below.
I wouldn't go after all the Chinese who make "accessories" for the iPhone 5....

In my opinion, it's left for the speaker, I can't figure out anything else, it would be stupid to have a 2nd camera and what does it do with the one on the front? so it would have 3 rooms? work will be done on the graphic processor, the processor taken from the iphone 4s, I don't think they will put the one from the ip5 and a slightly changed design and maybe the performance of the photo camera (over 5 mpx) and the video camera (1080hp), otherwise nothing new.

if the iPod touch 5 had 3g, I would definitely give up the iPhone!
It may just be a "design" hole. It is a casing manufacturer that leaves that hole!
And what would be the reason why you would leave a hole in the case?
