Apple presents the list of Samsung/Motorola smartphones and tablets that it wants to withdraw from sale in the US

Tonight a move that seems to be coordinated by Apple's PR brings us a list of smartphones and tablets that the company wants to remove from the US market. Notice that 8 terminals are present in this list, 7 of them are from Samsung and only one from Motorola. Apple also lists the patents that were infringed by these terminals and at least in the case of Samsung there is a court decision that would allow them to be removed from sale.

In addition to the terminals present there, those from Apple want to withdraw from sale the 3G/4G version of the Galaxy Tab 10.1, but in the case of this tablet the infringement of patents was not recognized, at least in the most recent process between the two companies. The 7 Samsung terminals are part of list of devices that infringe Apple patents, but in the case of the Droid Charge, Apple will probably have to prove the infringement. It is interesting that this list does not include the Galaxy Nexus, which has already been removed from sale in the USA for infringing a patent.
