A few weeks ago there was a rumor which gave us to understand that Apple was going to launch iPhone 5 only in the USA on September 21 and on October 5 in the rest of the countries. Only one source confirmed the rumor and it seems to be quite low-key at the moment, the opening of a new Apple store in Germany seems to disprove it. In Stuttgart, Apple had scheduled the opening of an Apple Store on September 22, but the company decided to advance the event by 2 days, everything to take place on September 20.
It is speculated that this advance would confirm the fact that iPhone 5 will be launched on September 21 in Germany, Apple acting exactly the same in March when it advanced the opening of an Apple Store in Houston to include it in the tablet's launch event iPad 3. A commenter of this blog, who claims to work at Apple, says that promotional materials have already been delivered to a company store that must not be opened until September 20, but they do not support the story. In the end, I think that Apple will launch the iPhone 5 internationally on September 21, otherwise the launch will not have the expected impact.
