Apple presents iPod Touch 5G with Siri and Loop

We still didn't know a few things about the products that Apple is going to present today, and the iPod Touch 5G falls into this category. On the stage of the Apple conference, the new device was presented, which has a 4-inch screen, has the 1136 x 640 resolution of the iPhone 5 terminal, is only 6.1 mm thick (being the thinnest iPod Touch ever released), weighs only 88 grams and of course that it comes with an A5 chip, so it won't have the same performance as the iPhone 5. iPod Touch 5G has a bigger battery, better autonomy, but it comes with a 5 megapixel f/2.4 iSight camera (identical to the iPad 3) which has an image stabilizer and shoots in 1080p mode, but also with the panorama module from the iPhone 5. The iPod has a Facetime HD camera, has the new 5G Wi-Fi chip from the iPhone 5 and can reach transfer speeds of up to 150 Mbits per second, it can do AirPlay Mirroring, and it will have Siri.

In the morning I told you that the iPod Touch will have an accessory called Loop, well it connects to the base of the terminal and will allow you to fix it well in your hand while you use it. On the back of the device there is a button to which you attach the Loop, and by pressing that button you release the accessory and implicitly the terminal. The iPod Touch will be available in 5 colors, and will probably be available for purchase at the same prices. The new iPod Touches will be available starting from October at the price of $299/$399 in the 32/64 GB versions, but the iPod Touch 4G will be kept at the price of $249 in the 32GB version and $200 in the version of 16 GB.
