A few months ago, Apple managed to obtain a court decision by which it removed from sale the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet produced by the Korean company. Since then and until now, Samsung has tried to cancel this decision, but it seems that it will not be able to do so, an American judge rejecting the company's request today. The reasoning behind the judge's decision lies in the fact that it does not have the competence to offer him a suspension of the ban, the Federal Court of Appeals being the one in a position to do so.
