The iPad Mini doesn't really attract that many consumers

iPad Mini is the next important product that Apple is going to launch, but quite a few users they are really interested to make a purchase at the moment. A study conducted by an American website reveals that only 18% of consumers are really interested in purchasing the new Apple tablet, and this number is logical considering that iPhone 5 has been available on the market for a while. Many of those who participated in the study claim that they intend to purchase an iPhone 5 terminal and the iPad Mini remains for those looking for a cheap tablet, but still undecided.

TechBargains.com, a leading deal aggregation website for electronic products, released additional results from its iPhone/iPad Mini Predictions survey revealing only 18% of the surveyed consumers plan to purchase the iPad Mini. 50% of those surveyed are not interested in buying the iPad Mini and 32% are undecided. When polled on the most desirable features for the new iPad Mini, 78% want a USB Port, 77% want a Retina Screen, 75% hope for a memory card slot and 74% would like better speakers than the current iPad.

Although few people are interested in the iPad Mini, those who want it expect Apple to implement a USB port, a Retin Display, a slot for SD cards and better speakers than in the current tablet. Of course, most people who buy iDevices want similar things in Apple's new products, but some of them will never arrive, while others are already available. I don't know how much Apple will earn by launching the iPad Mini on the market, but for now the tablet does not seem to generate the attention that other products bring and this is mainly due to the fact that the iPhone 5 is still in the center of attention.
