If you bought an iPad 3 tablet in the last 30 days, some Apple stores may exchange it for a new iPad 4 tablet

The only thing that really surprised me in last night's conference was the presentation of the tablet iPad 4, iPad 4th generation, iPad 3S, or whatever you want to call it. I expected Apple to slightly modify the iPad 3 and keep it on the market until March, but the company made an update similar to the one made when launching an iPhone whose name has an S in the tail. Apple changed the hardware with a more powerful one, left the design intact, changed the front camera and the Lightning dock, implemented a new modem and that's about it, without making a lot of noise around the event.

We have a better iPad tablet, new customers will be happy, but what happens to the old ones? What happens to those who bought the iPad 3 tablet and last night probably got a little stuck when they now saw the iPad 4? Well, those who bought an iPad 3 tablet in the last month could receive a new iPad 4 tablet from Apple stores, but the rest remain with what they purchased in the past. This policy will be applied at least in one Apple store in the US, it is not implemented globally, so there is a possibility that not everyone will benefit from the free service. Now I'm thinking that Apple will impose the policy globally, since a store said that they implement it, but if this decision is not the company's, then there is a possibility that no one will be able to receive free iPad 4 tablets.

We will see what Apple will decide in the following days, and I know that some of you are wondering how things will be in Romania, and I can only tell you that the resellers of Apple products should announce if they will adhere to such a global policy, but our resellers have such a bad and ineffective communication system, that you will have to call them and find out for yourself.
