Although the Apple Stores have listed announcements for the opening of pre-orders and a starting price is mentioned, in Romania no one says anything. The resellers of Apple products do not have any announcement on their own websites to let anyone know that iPad Mini and iPad 4 can be pre-ordered, I told you yesterday that you can make blind pre-orders by email to them, but unfortunately in our country there is a total lack of interest vis-à-vis customers.
Apple said that iPad Mini Wi-Fi Only and iPad 4 Wi-Fi Only will be available in Romania starting on November 2, theoretically we should be able to pre-order them from today, but either the resellers are making fun of us, or they haven't received the prices yet. I find it hard to believe that they did not receive the prices and promotional materials from the Apple distributor for Romania, but anything is possible in this part of the world. If they don't open pre-orders for these two products tomorrow either, then we can question the November 2 launch.
The good part is that iPhone 5 would be available for pre-order in offers to operators this evening, the official launch to take place on November 2 in Romania.
