Deep in the press release from Apple, it specifies the countries where there is an Apple Store and the iPad Mini tablet can be pre-ordered, and Romania is not among them. It's logical not to see our country there, since we don't have an Apple Store, but it would be equally logical for resellers of Apple products to officially offer the tablet for pre-order starting today.
Customers can begin pre-ordering all models of iPad mini and all models of the fourth generation iPad on Friday, October 26 through the Apple Online Store in the US, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
Unfortunately, logic collides with reality in this case, tablets can be pre-ordered at resellers, but unofficially and without knowing the price, so you can make a pre-order just with the idea of being on the list, but more will not one can say for now.
