At the presentation conference a iPhone 5, Apple announced that iTunes 11 is to be launched in October for all users, but today a company spokesperson announced that term is no longer current and iTunes 11 is to be released in November. Apple's spokesperson did not specify when in November iTunes 11 will be available, but we can probably expect it to appear by the end of the month, unless Apple decides to postpone its release again.
The new iTunes is taking longer than expected and we wanted to take a little extra time to get it right. We look forward to releasing this new version of iTunes with its dramatically simpler and cleaner interface, and seamless integration with iCloud before the end of November.
