Service iMessage of those from Apple is non-functional in certain areas of the globe this evening and there is a possibility that in Romania you will not be able to send messages, if you have not yet encountered this problem. The problem does not affect all iDevice owners, but if you cannot send messages from your own terminals, then you know that the problem is with Apple's servers and not with you.
UPDATE: iMessage is now working, Apple has acknowledged the existence of a problem.
