In the well-known tendency to patent everything that moves, Apple managed to register the name Retina Display as a trademark and patented the Game Center icon. Those from PA, I say that in 2011 Apple submitted the application for registration of the Retina Display trademark, it was approved only recently and it covers a multitude of electronic products, whether we are talking about laptops or desktop computers, whether we are talking about smartphones, tablets, or any kind of other mobile terminals.
The second registration of the Apple company covers the iconic Game Center, the gaming network implemented in iDevices by the American company. Game Center is used by hundreds of millions of iDevices, Apple does not have a strong competitor in this segment, but until another one can restrict anyone's right to use its intellectual property.
