A few weeks ago I bought an iPhone 5 from Orange Romania... all good and beautiful until 1 hour ago, when I noticed a 1mm crack as thin as a hair in the upper left corner. I mention that the phone does not have even a scratch, the frame is in perfect condition. The crack is on the inside of the glass, it has not reached the surface. It is very small, I stayed for 10 minutes to be able to focus it.
I mention that in reality it can be seen that it is inside the glass, however, I am not 100% sure that it is a crack or that the paint is taken...
Do you think they will change it (under warranty)... If there is a crack, it will definitely progress.
Where do you recommend I go with him? At orange Romania, noumax or istyle? If they change it, I definitely want it before the holidays, I'm not really willing to spend 2 weeks without a phone, considering that I just bought it.
Theoretically, problems like this are not changed/repaired under warranty, but maybe those from Orange will want to be better around Christmas.
