AirDrop and other functions of iOS 7 will not be available on all iDevices!

If you think that all the functions iOS 7 will be available on all compatible iDevices, I recommend you to control your excitement because Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), is careful to offer only what is "necessary" for the terminals now on sale. A quick look at Apple's website, in the dedicated page iOS 7, we quickly learn that recording panoramic photos cannot be done using iPad tablets or the terminal iPhone 4, as the implementation of filters directly from the Camera application will only be available on iPhone 5 si iPod Touch 5G, as the system AirDrop will only be accessible on iPhone 5, iPad Mini, iPod Touch 5G si iPad 4, and Siri with HD Voice will only work on iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod Touch 5G, iPad Mini and iPad 4.

  • Shooting panorama photographs will only be supported on the iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, and iPod touch 5G
  • Adding filters to photographs right from the Camera application will only be supported on the iPhone 5 and iPod touch 5G (you can add filters to photographs from the Photos application on any iOS 7 device)
  • AirDrop will only be supported by the iPhone 5, iPod touch 5G, iPad Mini, and iPad (4th generation)
  • Siri with HD voice can only be used on the iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch 5G, iPad Mini, and iPad with retina display

It was expected that Apple would limit the functionality of iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S, the tablets released before iPad 4 and iPad Mini not being taken into account for some functions. Of course iPhone 5S, iPad 5 si iPad Mini 2 all functions will run, but Cydia remains for the rest. Despite the implementation of these limitations, they are not important enough to motivate users to buy the latest iDevice released on the market.
