Apple tests iPhones with screens up to 5.7 inches, iPhone 5S with fingerprint reader and a cheap iPhone for $99

I don't know how many of you looked very carefully at iOS 7, but the status bar seems to suggest that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), tests iPhones with screens larger than 4 inches, the size of the graphic elements being the element that gives everything away. Contributing to rumors that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), those from Reuters would test such terminals claim that Apple would be interested in launching two iPhones in 2014, one with a 4.7-inch screen and another with a 5.7-inch screen. The company's partners have most likely also produced components that would allow Apple to assemble iPhones with such large screens, and it has not been a secret for a long time that Apple is testing them.

Apple is looking at introducing at least two bigger iPhones next year – one with a 4.7-inch screen and one with a 5.7-inch screen – said the sources, including those in the supply chain in Asia. They said suppliers have been approached with plans for the larger screens, but noted it is still unclear whether Apple will actually launch its flagship product in the larger sizes. "They constantly change product specifications almost to the final moment, so you're not really sure whether this is the final prototype," said one person with direct knowledge of the matter.

Apart from these iPhones with large screens, those from Apple are preparing the launch of a Cheap iPhone which would have a selling price of only $99 and would be available in 5 or 6 colors. For now, it is not certain that the terminal will be launched this year and it is not known if the $99 price will be for terminals sold with a subscription or if it will be the standard price. Regarding iPhone 5S, the terminal is to be launched in the fall of this year and it seems that it will include a fingerprint reader, exactly as it has been rumored for several months now, but for now the availability in more than the traditional 2 colors is not confirmed.

For this year, Apple is expected to launch two new models, widely referred to as the iPhone 5S, with new fingerprint technology, and a cheaper version in plastic casing, supply chain sources have said. Apple plans to dress up the cheaper phone in a range of 5-6 colors to differentiate it from the more expensive model that has traditionally only come in black and white. The US firm has discussed a price of $99 for the cheaper phone, the timing of which could slip to next year, one of the people said. It's not yet clear what the final price would be.

Apple has always said that it will release an iPhone with a screen larger than 4 inches if it has the necessary technologies available to not compromise the user experience, and probably by 2014 it will manage to get everything it needs to bring a such device on the market.
