The Collectibles – a new Crytek game for the iOS platform that will be compatible with third-party MFI controllers

The Collectibles this a new game for the iOS platform developed by Crytek, the company that brought the famous Crysis game series to the world. In the images of this article, you can see the presentation made by a representative of Crytek on the stage of a session that took place during last week's WWDC. Based on the CryEngine graphics engine, the game will look very good from a visual point of view, but one of its main strengths will be the support for third-party MFI controllers, those for which Apple has implemented support in iOS 7, and I presented one of them to you just yesterday.

The Collectibles is developed by Crytek Budapest and is the first shooter that will arrive in App Store- of the Apple company, offering users the opportunity to control a commando that has so far only walked through a theater of war. What is worth mentioning here is the MFI controller that you see in the hands of the Crytek representative, it allows users to control the characters using the physical buttons, in combination with the touches made on the screen. Separated from the characters, users will be able to control with the gamepad and the cars available in the maps, but for now it is not known when the title would be available in App Store.

The date when the mysterious new MFI controller, which is already attracting the attention of the whole world, could arrive in stores is also unknown.
