iOS 7 and a Time Zone bug that can force you to restore

Last night I updated to iOS beta 7 2, and during this day I had the intention to disable the automatic setting of time Zone, mainly because this setting "stresses" the battery pointlessly. Trying to disable automatic setting a time Zone, I realized that the entire Settings application froze immediately and refused to respond, and in 2-3 minutes the iOS entered a Recovery Loop from which I could not get it out and I had to restore. Unfortunately, problems with the section Date & Time everyone has it, but not in all cases it is possible to restore to deactivate this function.

After performing the restore, I tried again to deactivate the function of automatic setting of the Time Zone, but I was met by the same problem, only this time the terminal did not enter a Recovery Loop. Unfortunately, the manual setting of the Time Zone is currently impossible and only the use of the automatic setting is accessible, but to do this you must have the GPS active. Unfortunately, Apple employees did not test the new one enough iOS beta 7 2 and they left such a big bug in the operating system for iDevices, so you have to be very careful with it.
