iOS 7 – the first reviews

As expected, the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), asked American journalists to test and write about the new iOS 7 which is to be launched during this day, and the first reviews were published on the Internet last night. As I already explained to you, iOS 7 brings a lot of news and most of them are for the user interface, those from Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), implementing the most radical change since iOS 1, this article presenting as clear as possible the evolution of the operating system.

Although many users initially complained about the new design, the new icons, the fonts, about everything that brought the new iOS 7, after weeks of use, most of them began to love the operating system, and the reviews published today prove that they were not the only ones. iOS 7 will be released during this evening, around 20:00.

The colors will dazzle you, the apps will pow and pop at you, and you'll wonder why you pressed the upgrade button so quickly. But after a brief moment, the panic subsides and you'll realize that you've got an OS that makes your phone seem shiny, new, and enjoyable.

There are a lot of features that I can pick out in iOS 7 that I really like: Control Center, Notification Center, Multitasking, Camera app, and iTunes Radio—I love iTunes Radio. The accuracy of the songs it chose is amazing. However, I would be hard pressed to pick out anything in iOS 7 that I just don't like at all. Nobody likes change, but sometimes change is for the best. iOS 7 is one of those changes.

There's a lot more going on in iOS 7, including new sounds, dynamic wallpapers, changes to the design of Calendar, Notes, Reminders and more, but the big shifts that go beyond new design are those listed above. There's no question that iOS 7 will be a dramatic change from the iOS many users already know and love, but on balance it's an update packed with plenty of new features that make using Apple's mobile devices easier and more enjoyable. There are too many new features in iOS 7 to list here, but it's a big improvement.

David Pogue – New York Times

If you decide to install iOS 7, as you learn your way around the new system you'll stumble across all kinds of handy features and techniques. But without any further delay, at least make these two features part of your new routine: Control Center (swipe upwards from below the screen) and Siri's new settings-changing commands. I think you should install it. The structure, layout and features represent some of Apple's best work. The look of iOS 7 — well, that judgment is up to you.

Edward Baig – USA Today

In my view, iOS is still simpler to use than Android, and made even simpler in iOS 7.
