iDevice.ro mini review – the new leather case for iPhone 5 and iPhone 5S

Together with iPhone 5S, company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), has also launched a series of leather covers that are compatible with both the new smartphone and the terminal iPhone 5, which has already been discontinued. Buying me one iPhone 5S, I made the decision to purchase a leather case for the terminal iPhone 5 which I will give to my friend these days. In this article I will talk a little about this cover and from the very beginning I will tell you that I was very pleasantly impressed by its quality and the way it compliments/protects the terminals iPhone 5 si iPhone 5S.

The leather used to dress the case seems to be of good quality, it seems to be resistant to the scratches that the terminal would normally feel and the blue color looks quite good, no matter what color of iPhones you combine it with. The central part of the case is lined with a very fine material, which appears to be velvet, and the side edges will be protected by a material that appears to be a hard cardboard or a fine polystyrene. Although Bumper cases and other Apple accessories for iPhone 5 or 4/4S have scratched the side edges of the devices, in the case of this case I don't think this will happen, the material being very fine and theoretically should only protect the device.

The case protects the volume buttons and the Lock button of the terminal, leaves an empty space for controlling the Mute switch and of course there is a cut in the location of the camera that allows us to record pictures, including with LED flash. Overall, the case seems to me to be: well built, elegant, pleasant to the touch, able to protect the terminal in case of a fall on the back/side, difficult to remove and quite expensive, considering that you will have to spend not less than €40 to buy it.

Despite the high price, I think that the iPhone 5 will be happy to benefit from a little attention and if you have the opportunity, I recommend you to buy this accessory.
