iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2 will include 8 megapixel cameras

After the launch of 3 models of iPad that have exactly the same type of camera, in 2013 Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), going to implement 8 megapixel cameras for its tablets. The cameras will have a larger aperture and better lenses, the components themselves may be identical to those of iPhone 5S. If this is true, then iPad 5 si iPad Mini 2 it could have a camera with an aperture of f2.2 and 1.5 microns for pixels, the camera being great for recording any type of photos, especially those in low light conditions.

We predict Apple (US) will launch new iPad 5 and iPad mini 2 (so called retina iPad mini) in 4Q13. As the tablet market becomes increasingly competitive, Apple could upgrade the camera as a selling point for the new iPad in a bid to increase competitiveness. We expect the upgrade will include an 8MP rear camera, up from 5MP, and a larger aperture. Lens module ASP will rise 10-20% on this optics spec upgrade.

It would be interesting to see the implementation of the functions Burst Mode or slow motion for these tablets, they can also be equipped with the chip A7, especially if they will have touch ID incorporated. Apple could use these hardware improvements to distract consumers from the fact that a Retina Display will not be implemented iPad Mini 2, tablets with a 7.9-inch screen being extremely attractive to consumers. If iPad 5 we talk about changing the design and improving the hardware, but this model of the iPad has decreased in popularity and sales.
