The American company radically changed its strategy compared to previous years, preferring to postpone by 2 weeks the second wave of launches of iPhone 5S and to offer the terminal in more countries than usual.
The inclusion of Romania in this list is not surprising, often last fall I noticed for the first time the fact that Apple attaches much greater importance to our country. At that time, Romania was part of the first wave of iPad 4 and iPad Mini tablet launches, even if very few units were available in the stock allocated to our country. With the launch of the iPhone 5S, Apple completely changed the strategy of launching terminals and demonstrated that our country is becoming more and more important, even if the sales do not rise to the level of those in Italy, Switzerland, or Hungary.
Considering the increased interest in Romania, is there a possibility that an Apple Store will soon appear in our country? I say no, many more years will pass until Apple opens an Apple Store in our country and everything will start with an Apple Online Store. Just like in Hungary, Apple will first launch an Online Apple Store to sell its products and only then build a physical store, so by 2020 we should also have a local Apple store, if sales continue to grow.
