At the media event for the presentation iPad Air si iPad Mini with Retina Display, those from Apple announced the release of a new version of iPad MiniIt being available in star gray color (name promoted by Apple.ro). The new version of the iPad Mini can be purchased at a price of 299$/€ in Apple Stores, but not all stores currently have units available in stock, so if you are outside Romania, you may you won't find a tablet like this anywhere.
This version of the iPad Mini does not have a Retina Display and is basically the old model, but with a star gray case.
