iPad Air Retina Display - comparison with competing tablets

In iPad Air the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), implemented a Retina Display IPS LCD with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels, which, theoretically, should be as good as the one in iPad 4 and in reality this is true. Those from Anantech did a comparison between the Retina Display from iPad Air and the screens of competing tablets, or those produced by Apple. As you can see from the first image, the iPad Air screen ranks last in terms of displaying white dots on the screen, a not very good result obtained in the grayscale test as well.

Looking at all the tests, you will notice that the performance of the new Retina Display differs greatly, in some tests it obtains worse results than that of the iPad 4, or the screens of competing tablets, but in other tests coming out victorious. Practically in terms of the company screen Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it doesn't have excellent performances and we can't say that iPad Air it has the best screen on the market, because there are very large discrepancies between the results obtained in the tests.
