iPad Mini with Retina Display was launched on Tuesday in several dozen countries around the world, the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), avoiding giving Romania the chance to market the tablet from the first wave of launches. As you probably already know, the new product from Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it is more expensive than the one launched last year, the difference being €77 in the case of the 16 GB WiFi Only model. The difference is greater in the case of the 4G model and unfortunately this will also affect the prices in our country.
If the official prices of iPad Mini they started from 1599 RON in our country, in the case iPad Mini with Retina Display things will not be the same at all. At the moment, the basic version of the new tablet has a starting price of 1735 RON in stores Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), from abroad, and the official prices for Romania will be, most likely, somewhere around 1900 - 2000 RON, this in the best possible case, the prices may be a bit higher at some stores.
Even if the official importer of Apple products imposes high prices, there is a possibility that Orange Romania to give us a pleasant surprise again and sell the tablets at the prices of the European Apple Stores, but it remains to be seen what will happen. For now, it is not known when it will be launched iPad Mini with Retina Display in Romania, I believe that by the end of this month we will have it available for purchase in stores.

- iPad Mini with Retina Screen 32 GB WiFi + Cellular – 2924 RON;
- iPad Mini with Retina Screen 64 GB WiFi + Cellular – 3359 RON;
- iPad Mini with Retina Screen 128 GB WiFi + Cellular – 3787 RON.
