The prices offered to these customers are lower than those available on the Apple website, but the interesting part is that some Apple employees claim that for certain customers some quotes will be available starting on December 16.
If the mentioned for these quotes coincides with the date presented by the gemrna retailer for customers interested in buying the product from their own website, then we can draw the conclusion that Apple would prepare the launch for that date. It is absolutely not unusual for Apple to launch a new Mac without announcing it beforehand, the company constantly applies this strategy for its new Macs, and in the case of the Mac Pro 2013 we are probably talking about the same thing. However, we will find out in just two days if Apple will launch the new product or not.
