iBlacklist, the only utility that allows filtering of phone calls and a SMSfrom any phone numbers, has been updated today to be compatible with iOS 7 and iDevices with chip A7. Starting today you can use tweakincluding on the terminal iPhone 5S, but also on the rest of the running iPhones iOS 7, but not 100% without any problems. The only bug that the developer mentions is related to the Auto Reply function for SMS, which is currently non-functional.
Support for ALL devices running iOS 7, including the 5S. Known bug: Auto Reply SMS not working, but bear with me, I will fix it next time.
iBlacklist It is available in Cydia and must be purchased, but it is the only utility with such functionality for iPhones.
