Apple is preparing to charge for all online support requests made for out-of-warranty products

  In order to implement this system, Apple had to develop a special web platform to register user payments in a secure format, the new service will be launched starting next week. All support will be offered online for those who need help, and Apple will also offer the opportunity to benefit from free support if users have terminals under warranty or have other conditions that give them the opportunity to benefit from this free of charge.
