Apple changes battery suppliers for iPhone 6, tries to avoid accidental destruction

In recent years, I have seen more and more incidents involving iPhones and batteries which broke down and either caught fire, or inflated and completely destroyed the terminals. In an attempt to avoid such problems in the future, Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), would have chosen to give up to the current battery supplier for iPhone 5 si iPhone 5C, choosing two other companies to manufacture the intended batteries iPhone 6. The movement is not at all unusual, especially if we think about the intense criticism it was subjected to Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), subject to problematic batteries, but for now we are only talking about rumours.

Apple has reportedly placed its next-generation iPhone battery orders with only two suppliers: Taiwan-based Simplo Technology and China-based Shenzhen Desay Battery Technology. Dynapack, a battery supplier for the iPhone 5 and 5c currently has no orders confirmed, according to sources from the upstream supply chain. Simplo, Desay and Dynapack declined to comment on rumours.

Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), uses Dynapack batteries for iPhone 5 si iPhone 5C, but for iPhone 6 they would use products from Simplo and Desay, both Chinese manufacturers. It is difficult to say now if the change will be auspicious, but considering the many problems, it is welcome, even if the new manufacturers are contracted for the first time by Apple to provide such an important component of a new product.
