After some investigations I found out, that only subscribers should to receive 1 GB of free traffic in the operator's 4G network, the traffic can be used for 90 days.

  The traffic should be allocated after receiving an SMS and after the expiration of the 90 days it will no longer be able to be used by you in 4G network. This promotion has the role of convincing users to use 4G network of Orange Romania, only subscribers with 4G smartphones will receive the traffic. Any customer who has a 4G smartphone and is in the 4G coverage area can request by calling 411, 408, Orange shop or visiting the Orange store the activation of the option by which they can test the 3G services free of charge for 4 months (+ pro rata). The option includes 1GB of internet traffic at 4G speeds, traffic that is allocated at the beginning of each billing month. Until the first billing date, the 1GB traffic is allocated prorated, depending on the number of days left, just like with any option. From the first billing date, customers have 3 more months to test 4G services free of charge. The option has Cost Control, and after the end of the 1GB traffic no additional cost is registered. If there is Internet traffic from the subscription or another activated option on the respective account, the 1GB traffic from the 4G testing option is the first to be consumed.

At the end of the 3 months of free service (and the prorated period, from the activation of the option to the first billing date) the option will be deactivated. Customers who still want internet access at 4G speeds can activate a paid option or choose a subscription or an option with 4G access.
