iOS 7.1.1 fixes issues with using Personal HotSpot

A few weeks ago I told you that iOS 7.1 prevents users of certain mobile networks from using Personal HotSpot on their own iDevices. The problem was that the respective operators did not officially sell terminals iPhone of the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, so they could not use the function Personal HotSpot, even if it was not officially blocked for customers. For several weeks, the problem persisted, however iOS 7.1.1 seems to have solved it for all users, at least in theory.

If you have already updated to iOS 7.1.1 and use the iPhone in the network Digi Mobil, for example, you should have the menu available again Personal HotSpot in the Settings application of iDevices, plus the APN settings editing menu.
