Tim Cook bids for charity a lunch at Apple's headquarters

Last year Tim Cook managed to raise $605.000 for charity after auctioning off a meeting for coffee at the headquarters Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), from Cupertino. This year the CEO of the American company is trying to get the same amount for a lunch that will take place in the same location, $10.000 being the bid amount at the moment. The website that organizes the auction value the lunch to the amount of $100.000, but there are good chances that it will be at least 4 times higher, or maybe even surpass the one recorded last year.

Tim Cook he will donate the money to a non-governmental organization that fights for human rights, exactly as he did last year. The lunch that will take place in Cupertino will be for Tim Cook, the winner of the auction and one more person, the CEO of Apple giving an hour to the winner to talk with him.
