Last week we learned that the iPhone is king in the US in terms of consumer satisfaction, and now we learn that in South Korea things would not be different at all. Conformable a study done by a Korean market analysis company, iPhone 5S si iPhone 5 are leaders in terms of consumer satisfaction, both terminals being followed at a great distance by 3 devices produced by LG. Somewhere behind them we find two terminals of those from Samsung, the recently released Samsung Galaxy S5 failing to get very good grades.
The study gave the products a maximum score of 1000 points, and iPhones were the closest to the maximum score, terminals Samsung si LG being far from the successes of those from Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),. The interesting part is that a iPhone 5 more than a year old still manages to generate more satisfaction than Samsung Galaxy S5, and this says a lot about the quality of the products offered by both companies.
