Last week we officially found out that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), will acquire the company Beats for 3.2 billion dollars and since then there have been various speculations regarding the motivation Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), regarding this purchase and not only. Well, the intention to purchase Beats it is not even remotely new and the connection with Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), not not nearly as good as new. Moreover, Apple is interested in the streaming service offered by Beats, several hundred thousand users being registered with it, the division that develops the famous headphones of the same name having an extremely important role in the whole business. Apple intends to improve its own services using the expertise of Beats employees, but at the same time it could offer a premium line of headphones for its customers, and with a brand like Beats behind it, interest will be high.
In the end today we find out that both Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine are going to be present at WWDC 2014 as managers of Apple and could speak to those invited to the opening keynote.
