Here are the limitations Apple imposes on sending emails via iCloud

iCloud Mail is an enamel service launched by Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), in 2011 together with iOS 5, the American company offering all iDevice/Mac owners a free email account with a username chosen by them. Because we are still talking about a free service, the company Applit also imposes limitations regarding its use, such that in a technical document describes what we can or cannot do with iCloud Mail.

  • The total number of messages you can send each day (200 messages)
  • The number of recipients to whom you can send each day (1000 recipients)
  • The maximum number of recipients per message (100 recipients)
  • The size of incoming and outgoing messages (20 MB)

Based on the information available there, we find that daily we can send a maximum of 200 emails to a maximum of 1000 people, each message being able to have a maximum number of 1000 recipients, the maximum size of an email being 20 MB. Through these limitations the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), tries to avoid using its services for spam and it is as clear as possible that no one will be able to do this under these conditions.

It was expected that Apple would limit the free services offered to its users and probably some of you knew about them, and now you will know why sometimes you cannot send more emails.
