Apple is being sued because of an iMessage problem that prevents the delivery of messages to users

The other day I talked to you about an important issue iMessage which prevents the service from delivering messages sent by users in some quite common cases. Company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), is aware of the existence of this problem, but has no solution for it yet, despite the fact that its engineers are working hard to find a solution to deliver all the messages sent by users.

The text-messaging lawsuit, which seeks class-action status and undetermined damages, claims Apple failed to disclose that switching to a device other than one running on Apple's iOS operating system would result in the interference. The suit is based on contractual interference and unfair competition laws.

Fed up with a wait that does not solve the problem in any way, a user of the products Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it was decided to act sue the American company in the hope that it will force a shipment to solve the problem. I already explained the problem in that article and, to be honest, I think many of you have encountered it in your daily use of the iMessage system, but maybe this process will solve it.

The user claims that Apple does not mention the existence of this problem in its documentation regarding the iMessage system and does not demand any amount of money from the American company.
