Angela Ahrendts is preparing the implementation of mobile payments in Apple Stores

  Angela Ahrendts is the new senior vice president of Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),, and taking over the retail division within the company will bring a series of important changes in the future. Conformable some information appeared during this day thanks to some people who work directly with the former CEO of those from Burberry, Ahrendts has a rather interesting vision for the future that involves the implementation of mobile payments in Apple Stores, increasing sales in China and improving the experience of visitors.

  The increase in sales in China is an important segment of the evolution of the Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), considering that in Q1 2014 this country alone generated sales of 9.2 billion dollars for the company. With Ahrendts, Apple intends to expand the number of Apple Stores to 30, the sales of Apple products being able to increase up to 3 times during this period in a continuously expanding market.

  Apart from China, Ahrendts intends to radically improve: the methods of discovering new products in online and physical stores, the methods of interaction between customers and employees, but also to implement a mobile payment system. Although no one knows exactly what these improvements will entail, Ahrendts is known for revitalizing Burberry's retail division, so she could do exactly the same for Apple.

  So far Angela Ahrendts has visited multiples Apple Store-s to get an idea about the experience of purchasing products, they are the basis of future changes. During these visits, Ahrendts described Apple employees as being honest, warm and genuine, just like the Apple company that they represent to their daily visitors.

 Finally, it is worth mentioning that Ahrendts has reorganized the management team of the retail division, some managers being promoted to new positions, others receiving additional tasks. Apple has been in dire need of a change in the retail sector for some time, and it seems that the former CEO of Burberry is ready to do whatever it takes to increase Apple Store sales.
