Angela Ahrendts, the former CEO of Burberry, is the new SVP of the retail division within Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), just a few weeks ago and yesterday he participated in his first opening event of a Apple Store. The image above was published by her yesterday through her own account Twitter, but not before sending an internal memo to employees in his division.
In the message sent to employees, ahrendts thanks them for the experience lived in the first month in the framework Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), and for the support emails received from them. Speaking about the future, Ahrendts says that he will visit a good part of the company's stores to find out how the retail chain can be improved, focusing on improving the shopping experience in physical and online stores.
Practically, Ahrentds will follow the method of Tim Cook, the current CEO having a similar strategy for Apple Stores, one that proved to be very successful.
