iOS 8 beta 4 introduces the EU Internet option for controlling Internet connections in the EU

Starting with iOS beta 8 4 the Apple company has implemented a new option for its iPhones and iPad tablets, so that now in the menu Settings>Cellular you will see the menu US Internet. Apple included this option for our iDevices with the idea of allowing us to use the Internet in roaming only when we travel in a European Union country and benefit from reduced rates.

Enable only the "Internet EU" in this way, the data traffic will be active only in EU countries. If you travel a lot and first enter a non-EU country and then a member country, with this option we do not risk paying big bucks.

You already know that from July 1 they were substantially reduce the tariffs for using a mobile phone in roaming, and using this option we will be able to force our terminals to have an active Internet connection only when we are in an EU country. When we are outside an EU country, the internet connection will be inactive and will not generate additional costs for us during its use.

The option is available for all operators in Romania.
