Cosmote, Orange, RCS & RDS si Vodafone are the largest mobile phone operators in Romania and like any self-respecting operator, they have customer relations services through which it offers support to customers who have problems. Having had the opportunity to interact with the services of all four operators, I can tell you that, in my opinion, RCS & RDS has by far the worst customer service, the managers of the company not being so interested in solving its problems over the years.
In general, call center employees are either poorly paid and lack the desire to help customers with problems, or lack the necessary information or training to help, so in the end we, the ones who pay, have to struggle to solve our various problems . Unfortunately, all mobile phone operators have problems in this chapter, but I am interested in finding out what experience you have had with customer relations services.
