During the day yesterday I found out that Apple is going to present the iWatch on September 9 with iPhone 6 si iPhone 6L, and although we don't know much about the future SmartWatch, this does not stop the company's competitors from launching new products. Considering that the previous models of own smartwatches were not successful, Samsung launched yesterday Gear S, a new smartwatch with a curved screen that should attract new customers for Koreans.
Samsung S Gear is equipped with a modem 3G, but also faces WiFi / Bluetooth, so users can use it for phone calls and quickly connect it to a smartphone even using a connection WiFi. More than that, Gear S allows sending text messages or responding to them, synchronizing information with a smartwatch being done using the multiple types of connections available to users.
Considering that the previous models of smartwatches were nowhere near the success expected by Samsung, this is a new desperate attempt to get people's attention, but it will most likely be doomed to failure. For now, it is not known how much it will cost Gear S, but it will probably have an exaggerated price, just like the previous products.
