iOS 8 was officially released by Apple and now you are probably wondering if your iPhones will still be able to be decoded still using decoding cards compatible with iOS 7. Based on the comments made by you here, it seems that iOS 8 does not in any way block the possibility of decode iPhone terminals using cards R-SIM or Geveya, but of course we are not talking about here activation which must be done with an operator's card on which the terminal is coded.
For about 2 years Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it doesn't block anymore decoding cards for iPhone through iOS updates, so it was quite clear that neither with iOS 8 nothing will change from this point of view. Even if I cannot confirm with 100% certainty that your terminal will not be affected by the update, you can discuss in the comments the success/failure generated by the attempt to install iOS 8 and decode an iPhone using a decoding card.
