Samsung would produce almost half of the A8 chips for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus

Although it was said that TSMC is the only manufacturer of chips A8 for iPhone 6 si 6 iPhone Plus, here is that new information appeared during this day indicates that Samsung would have been contracted to produce almost half of them. All disassembly done so far for iPhone 6 si 6 iPhone Plus have revealed A8 chips produced by the Taiwanese company TSMC, those from IHS iSuppli claim that Samsung would produce 40% of the components.

Rassweiler said the processor he saw during the teardown was manufactured by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., the massive chip-factory-for-hire based in Taipei. […] Rassweiler says TSMC is manufacturing about 60 percent of the chips for Apple, while Samsung is still turning about about 40 percent.

This is the first time we hear that Samsung produces such a large part of the A8 chips of the new terminals and the information can be questioned until the first images with these chips manufactured by Samsung appear. Apple has tried for years and years to distance itself from Samsung in terms of manufacturing this type of components, and now that it seems to have succeeded, rumors like this come to contradict everything.
