iOS 8.1 beta 1 allows disabling 3G connections and enabling 2G

Starting with iOS 7 the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), disabled the possibility to ddisable 3G connections for iPhone terminals, so we were forced to use a 3G connection all the time, where we had coverage. In the iOS beta 8.1 1 there is again the possibility to disable 3G and use a 2G network, the option existing including one for connecting to 4G LTE networks, as you can see from the image presented above.

The problem is like this option to disable 3G in iOS 8.1 beta 1 there is only to certain mobile phone operators, in this case Telenor Hungary, and for Romanian operators it is completely missing. I couldn't tell you if Apple will allow in iOS 8.1 to disable 3G on the iPhone or iPad tablets, but if the option will be available for some, then there are good chances that it will also be available for the rest after the jailbreak.
