iOS 8.1 will bring a new Photos app

iOS 8.1 will be released on October 20, as I already told you in an article published just a few hours ago, and now we find that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), has prepared yet another interesting surprise for the owners of iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. iCloud Photo Library will be part of iOS 8.1 starting from Monday, and in order to give us the possibility to effectively manage all the pictures uploaded to it, the Apple company will also launch a special application iCloud Photos, which will be available only in iCloud.

The web application was discovered earlier this month by users who viewed some supporting documents published by Apple on its website, and it now displays a message that iOS 8.1 will offer it starting from Monday. Apple has dropped the app iPhoto for iOS and OS X at the time of release iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite, and will now give users the ability to quickly view photos from iDevice/Macs via iCloud.
