Repair is possible only in the post-warranty regime.

The price for the repair is 1480 RON (VAT included) and consists in replacing the terminal. After the replacement, a 3-month warranty is offered.

Also, we inform you that the Depanero service is an intermediary in the service relationship, which ensures the receipt of the product from the buyer and the solution of the claimed defect, covered by the warranty, in the authorized service center.

In accordance with the conditions mentioned in the warranty certificate as well as those mentioned above, if you do not agree with the repair at a cost, the equipment will be returned with the status: "Refused Warranty".

  Above you have the email received from Depanero, asking for a price of 1500 LEI for replacing the terminal and reducing the warranty period to only 3 months, the last part being strange, considering that a new terminal is being offered. In any case, the decision to refuse to change a bent iPhone 6 terminal it is not similar to Apple's practice abroad, and this is surprising. If Apple changes the terminals with this problem in Apple Stores, then the same should happen in Romania, and my hypothesis takes into account the fact that the terminal was not intentionally bent.
