MythBusters tests Gorilla glass, checks its hardness (Video)

MythBusters is one of the most popular and oldest TV series about science and technology, which you probably already know about for quite some time, they test various urban myths in complex TV shows with experiments that have the role of telling us how much truth there is behind all these urban legends. Because the issue of protective panels for smartphone screens is one of the most discussed in recent years, those at MythBusters thought of testing the most used product of this kind for mobile terminals, Gorilla Glass, to see how it resists well under conditions of pressure or normal use.

In the video clip above, you can see the show made by the people from MythBusters to try to prove how much reality there is behind Corning's claims that Gorilla Glass is the best possible material for protecting our screens, having a high degree of protection even in case of impact, not just scratches. Called The Glass Age, the show attracted hundreds of thousands of views only on YouTube, it being designed in the form of two distinct parts in which the famous Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman demonstrated that only we can best protect our smartphones through special care during use.
