iOS 8 – the adoption rate continues to grow

iOS 8 was released by the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), about two and a half months ago, and during this period of time it had a slow growth, mainly due to the fact that it generated numerous problems for the iDevices of users all over the world. Despite the company's efforts Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), to convince users to install the latest version of the operating system for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, its adoption rate reached only 60%, being far behind the one recorded last year for iOS 7.

In the face of the many criticisms brought by those who accused Apple of developing an operating system that is not attractive for users, the American company stated that it is still much higher than the one registered for the competing Android KitKat operating system. Although Apple tries to mask the fact that iOS 8 is not attractive for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch owners, the reality is that for iOS 9 the American company will have to prepare an extremely varied range of really important changes, otherwise it risks receiving a similar treatment from users who will ignore the update.

Making a comparison with the latest data published by the Apple company, only 55% of iDevice owners had installed iOS 8 in their terminals at the beginning of this month, so we are talking about an increase of only 10%.
