HP EliteBook Folio 1020 – a "MacBook Air" developed by HP

HP EliteBook Folio 1020 is the latest ultrabook developed by the HP company for markets around the world, and in the image below you can see it in all its "splendour".

HP EliteBook Folio 1020

HP EliteBook Folio 1020 is an ultrabook with Windows 8 designed to be as portable and performant as possible, and the design is similar to that of MacBook Air it only has the role of attracting the interest of consumers and the attention of the media. HP, just like other laptop manufacturers, is not the first product of this kind and copying the appearance of Macs from Apple is just an attempt to recover sales that have been continuously declining for years.

HP EliteBook Folio 1020 – a new "clone" of the MacBook Air

HP EliteBook Folio 1020 is available in two models, both with 8 GB RAM, 128 GB or 256 GB SSDs and offering a battery autonomy of up to 9 hours thanks to the series processors Intel Core M which works without a fan. Both models have 12.5-inch screens with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels on which touch panels can be mounted, but the premium version has a structure made of carbon fiber and is lighter than a MacBook Air, although it does not allow the installation of a touchscreen.

Both models of the HP EliteBook Folio 1020 will be launched next year, the cheapest in February, the most expensive in April, both of which will compete directly with the MacBook Air.
