During the day yesterday the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), updated the terms and conditions of use iTunes Store Romania, and in the image above you have the changes imposed for Romanians. More precisely, the American company asks us to agree to the new terms regarding the agreement with the electronic transmission of invoices and the confirmation of fiscal residence in order to send these invoices.
Last week the company Apple has updated the rules regarding the return of money for purchases made through the iTunes Store Romania, so that the current change was normal. Then Apple told us that we can request the return of the money for the payments made in order to purchase content from its virtual store, and now it completes its legal documentation.
These changes will not in any way change the way we buy products from the store, but there is a possibility that an update of the address listed in the account may be necessary. In this idea, the Apple company could ask us to enter a real address and a real postal code to be able to buy digital content from its store, as it happens in other countries.
