Hey Siri in iOS 8.3 can make speakerphone calls

Hey Siri iOS 8.3

Hey Siri is a function implemented by the Apple company to allow us to activate the personal assistant Crab through a simple voice command when our terminals are connected to a power source. The simple command Hey Siri will activate the personal assistant in iDevices, and starting with iOS 8.3, we will be able to use this system including to initiate telephone calls through the loudspeakers of the iPhone terminals.

As you can already see from the image above, speaking a command that initiates a phone call through the loudspeaker of an iPhone becomes possible in iOS 8.3, running the same command in iOS 8.2 not having the same effect. In practice, Apple is trying to simplify the procedure for making phone calls when the iPhones are connected to a power source, so that we will no longer have to bring the terminals to the ear, and if they are connected to an external speaker, or the hands-free system of a car, the call will be run through them.

Apple does not list this new feature among those to be available starting with iOS 8.3, Siri will have support for a number of new languages in this version of the operating system, but the changes for Siri will not be limited to that.
